Just got home from a 60 minute aromatherapy massage with Emily, I smell amazing and my back feels so much better. She was gentle, but firm at the same time. Trigger points were on point, the massage was very effective in relieving tension and soreness. I’ll definitely be going back!
My hubby also got a massage from her today, we did back to back massages, and he said it was great! He said he’ll continue going to Mana now instead of our old spot.

Ps. I bought the eye balm from their spa line, she let me sample it and the texture was lovely and rich. It’s a BC company and made with 100% all natural ingredients. Should help with puffiness and dark circles so I’m super excited to use it, and book a facial so I can try more of their products!

I recently had a wonderful 90-minute massage at Mana Spa and was so impressed from start to finish. The atmosphere was calm, peaceful, and beautifully designed, making it easy to relax from the moment I walked in. Emily was highly skilled, attentive, and clearly experienced. I have found it can be difficult to find a massage therapist who can provide an effective deep tissue massage that is both therapeutic and genuinely relaxing, but Emily achieved that balance perfectly.

Every detail felt thoughtfully considered, which really elevated the entire experience beyond a typical massage. I left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and already looking forward to my next visit. Highly recommend.

Booked a couples massage for my mama and I for mother’s day and it was lovely! We had Natasha and Philip and they were both great.

My mum is elderly and doesn’t get massages often but Natasha helped her feel so comfortable. She checked in on her lots and adapted to her needs. I was told the massage was wonderful!

I highly recommend Philip too, he has good strength, technique and pressure points. Movement was intentional and not painful. My back has been super sore but we only booked 45 mins so I was expecting more relaxation than anything. I got more relief than I was expecting!

The professionalism and attention to detail throughout the service were phenomenal. And the aroma’s take the experience to a new level. I’ll be back! Thanks Mana ☺️
